At Clear Group, we know great service starts with great people. As an Account Handler in our Leamington Spa team, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients, managing their insurance portfolios, and helping deliver tailored solutions. Working alongside Account Executives, you’ll build strong client relationships, uphold the highest standards, and contribute to the ongoing success of our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Look after client needs - from renewals to queries, policy changes, and claims
  • Process new business, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and on time
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms for clients
  • Ensure all processes meet compliance standards, including FCA regulations and Consumer Duty
  • Share knowledge and work closely with your team to continuously improve service

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in an account handling role within the insurance sector
  • Good knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
  • Confidence using insurance platforms and client management systems
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
  • A collaborative, team-focused attitude
