We have a great opportunity for someone with broking experience with a knowledge of property and packaged policies to join our friendly and engaging property team in Alcester.

As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive insurance service to existing and potential new clients. This involves providing quotations via the telephone, face to face or in writing, placing cover when instructed, inviting and confirming renewals and dealing with mid-term adjustments, and where appropriate, aiding with claim issues.

The role includes a mix of handling your own clients end to end and working with Account Executives to look after clients’ needs to ultimately help us achieve our business objectives and continued growth.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of two years in the world of broking with a knowledge of both property and packaged policies. The individual will also be someone who understands FCA regulations and the importance of acting compliantly.

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to hold effective conversations and will be used to working with IT systems on a daily basis. You will also be able to effectively plan, organise and manage your time efficiently, working well within a team environment with a drive to succeed.
