How you will make an impact 

As an Account Broker, where you'll be the driving force behind client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and promoting insurance products. With an existing book of business in hand, you'll proactively engage clients to foster growth while identifying new opportunities in the commercial insurance sector. Collaborate closely with Broking & Claims professionals to provide comprehensive client management. Showcase your technical expertise in insurance policies, risk management, and compliance, delivering engaging presentations to industry stakeholders. Bring your innovation and creativity to the table, contributing to team success through effective communication and collaboration. About You

Qualifications

  • ACII qualified or be prepared to attain this with support from the business.

Experience

  • Substantial experience in broking is required, demonstrating a proven track record in the industry.
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of insurance categories.
  • In depth knowledge of Commercial insurance
  • Worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA’s Risk aware in handling customer information.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance - adhering to laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the insurance industry.

Skills & Attributes

  • Able to deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Evidence of rapport-building and experience in providing solid customer service focus with outstanding communication and social skills.
  • Due diligence and process driven to deadlines, happy to forward plan, organise and analyse information. Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail, using initiative when assisting team members.
  • Experience of using Acturis / Broking platforms 
  • Fully proficient in MS office
  • Eligible to work in the UK
