We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dynamic Schemes and Affinities Team at Clear Group. As a Schemes Account Handler, you'll play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and supporting the administration of specialised insurance portfolios. 

The Schemes and Affinities Team, operating across London and Horsham, has evolved significantly since its inception in May 2022. Under the leadership of a director, the team embraces a collaborative and inclusive culture, fostering an environment where everyone's contributions are valued. 

In the role of a Schemes Account Handler, you will be instrumental in achieving both personal and team business income and production targets. Your responsibilities extend to identifying and capitalising on opportunities for cross-selling products and services to existing clients. With a focus on efficient and professional administration of insurance portfolios, you will play a key role in supporting Line Managers and Directors in the team's daily operations. Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data security will be a crucial aspect of your contribution to the team's success. 

What are we looking for? 

You will possess a high level of proficiency in both general and property insurance processes, showcasing extensive knowledge of insurance market practices and principles. With a keen familiarity with methods for controlling and reducing insurance risk, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will be adept at structuring and processing both qualitative and quantitative data, coupled with strong organisational and planning skills. Clear and articulate communication, along with a high level of attentiveness and reliability, highlights your commitment to excellence. You will possess a strong work ethic, adaptability, and composure in high-pressure situations, combined with effective collaboration with peers and supervisors, make them an asset to any team.
