We are seeking an Insurance Assistant (Helpdesk & Sales Support Assistant) with underwriting or broking experience/knowledge for our team. This role is perfect for someone with these skills who may prefer a non-client-facing position. We are looking for candidates with experience in the insurance industry, bringing knowledge of insurance products. This opportunity is open to anyone with relevant experience, including those with extensive expertise who are looking to continue making valuable contributions.

How you will make an impact
As part of the Brokerbility team, you will make an impact by efficiently managing incoming emails and tickets to the Brokerbility Helpdesk daily and handling telephone calls on an ongoing basis. You will contribute by creating and circulating regular reports, as well as analyzing management information to support decision-making.
Your role will include inputting data into BIG, collaborating with Brokertech on system enhancements, and developing strong working relationships with key insurers, brokers, and internal personnel. By making outbound calls to brokers, you will help increase retention rates, reduce lapse rates, and boost new business.
Additionally, you will support product developments, adhere to FCA requirements, and consistently embrace and comply with the company values, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
